Job Description

Our client, is seeking a seasoned Solutions Developer IV to join an established, high-performing Agile delivery pod. In this senior development role, you will collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team—including a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, developers, and Quality Engineers—to design, develop, and build full-stack components for Java web-enabled, thick-client, and database-driven applications. You will apply advanced analytical skills to troubleshoot complex system issues, ensure code consistency, and build highly available software solutions that support critical enterprise operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Full-Lifecycle Engineering: Cooperatively design, develop, test, debug, and deploy high-quality software solutions to satisfy strict project objectives and client requirements
  • Code Quality & Governance: Participate actively in peer code reviews, champion corporate coding standards, and ensure consistency across the application architecture
  • Technical Documentation: Contribute to the construction of comprehensive requirements, system designs, automated testing frameworks, and deployment blueprints
  • Knowledge Transfer & Compliance: Ensure all required technical documentation and artifacts are accurately housed in the project repository, facilitating seamless knowledge transfer to full-time staff throughout the lifecycle
  • System Optimization: Design, implement, and maintain software configurations to maximize system availability, performance, and scalability

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive professional software development experience across enterprise application environments
  • Proven, hands-on development expertise utilizing Java, .NET, C#, and Java Swing for UI frontend design
  • Deep working experience developing, integrating, and maintaining robust APIs
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills paired with strong interpersonal acuity
  • Must be a self-motivated, highly organized self-starter who adapts quickly to shifting requirements in a collaborative team setting

Nice to have

  • Previous technical experience working within a banking or large financial institution
  • Hands-on experience developing thick-client distributed applications
  • Practical exposure to AI integrations or intelligent automation tools
  • Daily working familiarity with GitHub for version control and collaborative branching
  • Solid experience operating within mature Agile / Scrum delivery frameworks
