Job Description:

The Solutions Designer role focuses on designing and delivering scalable, accessible, and user-focused solutions using Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM technologies. With over 7 years of experience in CRM and AEM implementations, the role involves developing functional and technical design documentation, creating business flows, wireframes, user journey maps, and ensuring adherence to quality assurance standards. The designer works closely with stakeholders, developers, and users to translate business requirements into technical solutions, optimize user experiences, and ensure accessibility compliance. The position contributes to large-scale, mission-critical enterprise systems.

Job Responsibility:

Design and implement CRM solutions using Oracle Siebel or Adobe AEM
Develop business and functional design documents, application flows, and process maps
Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma or Adobe XD
Translate business requirements into system functionality and user interfaces
Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback to improve user experience
Document test cases, QA plans, and change management strategies
Participate in UAT planning, design reviews, and solution presentations
Collaborate with project managers, analysts, and developers to ensure timely delivery
Ensure all solutions align with WCAG/AODA accessibility standards

Requirements:

Minimum 7+ years of experience in Siebel and Adobe AEM solution implementation
Experience designing CRM-based business processes and applications
Skilled in developing business design and functional design documentation
Proficient in application mock-ups, screen flows, and UI prototyping tools
Experience with Rational Unified Process (RUP) and QA documentation
Familiarity with change management methodologies
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
