Job Description

We’re looking for an exceptional Solutions Design Consultant to join Omnea’s customer team. You’ll own the deployment of the Omnea platform and key strategic modules, features & integrations, advising on the optimal solutions for our customers that deliver meaningful value and driving the implementation process acting as an extension of the customer’s team. You’ll become a product expert and be the voice of the customer internally.

  • Support & champion customers in their journey with Omnea
  • Manage strategic work (advising on product config, refining implementation strategies) and operational work (managing onboarding & deployments, working with product on roadmap)
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers
  • Present value-focused demos and build bespoke configurations of workflows
  • Work with engineering, product, and sales teams
  • Act as a diligent project manager, coordinating and driving towards launch
  • Build relationships & manage stakeholders at every level

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in a top-tier & fast-paced environment (start-up, scale-up, VC, consulting, banking, prof services, or entrepreneurial endeavour)
  • Experience in a client-facing role or natural gravitas & professionalism
  • Track record of exceptional performance in academia, work, sport, etc.
  • Tech-savvy and can figure out new products/tools/processes quickly (e.g., Excel/SQL/Zapier)
  • Ability to build rapport & meaningful relationships with people at all levels
  • Hard-working, ambitious, and dedicated
  • Ability to shift between operational & strategic work
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Outstanding communicator (verbal, written, presenting)
  • Highly organised
