We are seeking a Solutions Consultant with strong hands-on experience in eDiscovery, digital forensics, investigations, or legal IT, who also brings a consultative mindset and exceptional communication skills. This role sits at the intersection of customers, sales, and delivery. You will work directly with eDiscovery operators, forensic specialists, investigators, and system administrators to ensure customers are sold, scoped, and onboarded into the right Nuix solution—implemented in a way that is technically achievable, operationally realistic, and economically sound.
Job Responsibility:
Customer Discovery & Solution Scoping: Engage directly with customer practitioners to understand real-world workflows, constraints, and objectives
Lead discovery conversations focused customers' needs
Identify gaps between customer expectations, technical reality, and commercial constraints
Translate customer use cases into clear, achievable solution scopes
Consultative Pre-Sales & Expectation Management: Partner with Sales to ensure solutions are positioned correctly and responsibly
Serve as a trusted technical and operational partner, helping align customer expectations with delivery realities
Help customers understand how Nuix fits into their broader ecosystem and workflows
Solution Alignment & Training Strategy: Align customer use cases with the appropriate Nuix products, configurations, and deployment approaches
Define training needs and adoption expectations based on customer skill levels and operational maturity
Set customers up for success by helping them understand not only how to use the software, but how to apply it effectively within their unique environment
Handoff & Internal Alignment: Produce clear discovery outputs, scope definitions, and assumptions for handoff to technical teams and project managers
Ensure delivery teams have a clear understanding of customer goals, constraints, and what success looks like
Support smooth transitions from pre-sales and discovery into implementation
Requirements:
7-10+ years hands-on experience in one or more of the following: eDiscovery operations
Digital forensics or investigations
Legal technology administration
Litigation Support
Legal IT / systems administration supporting discovery workflows
Deep practical understanding of EDRM workflows and how they operate in real environments
Experience working directly with practitioners
Strong ability to ask probing questions, uncover requirements, and challenge assumptions constructively
Proven ability to translate technical detail into clear, actionable guidance for customers and internal teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in discovery, scoping, and handoff documentation
Nice to have:
Experience in a consulting, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical role
Familiarity with Nuix products (Workstation, Discover, Investigate, Automate)
Experience supporting or designing training and adoption programs
Background working alongside sales teams in a pre-sales or advisory capacity
Certifications or formal training in eDiscovery, forensics, or process improvement
