We’re looking for a talented and team-driven Solutions Consultant to join us on our journey. Procurify is looking for a curious, quick-thinking, and engaging person who is passionate about providing technical solutions to business challenges. You are a person with a knack for investigation and problem solving, and you’re motivated by delivering exceptional client experiences to help our customers achieve the best version of themselves. Everyone at Procurify is a team player. A big part of this role involves collaborating with Sales and Customer Success professionals to present solutions to customers. We’re seeking entrepreneurial people who are willing to challenge the status quo and contribute to larger strategic objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a subject matter expert on Procurify’s product offerings, as well as standards and best practices around purchasing/procurement and accounting
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams to understand clients’ current situations and business needs
Craft and deliver compelling, customized software demos, tying a prospect’s business challenges to the value Procurify provides
Qualify potential customers while understanding and solving their complex workflow questions
Conduct technical scoping for both out-of-the-box integrations and custom API integrations to client ERP and accounting systems
Get new clients set up for success by enhancing their understanding of the platform and services (both the wonderful qualities and limitations)
Help ramp up new members of our Sales Team

Requirements:
At least 1-3 years experience in client-facing roles in SaaS, ideally in fintech, accounting, or ERP software
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
Curiosity and creativity, “thinking outside the box” to solve business process challenges
Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Self-starter attitude, doing your own research into the unknown and/or ambiguous to find your answers
Strong passion for technology and the ability to quickly grasp and articulate technical concepts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience conducting customer discovery
For customer-facing roles, maintains an up-to-date LinkedIn profile and ensures it is refreshed upon joining, to reflect their role at Procurify and help maintain a consistent, professional presence across our GTM team.
