We are seeking a Solutions Architecture Lead to lead architecture strategy across Wealth Investments, AI-enabled platforms, digital servicing, and omnichannel client and advisor experiences.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead architecture teams across Wealth Investments, Digital Servicing, and AI/ML platforms
  • Define multi-year architecture strategy aligned to business priorities
  • Own portfolio-level roadmaps covering investments, digital journeys, advisor tools, AI copilots, and omni-channel servicing
  • Architect and scale GenAI capabilities across Wealth
  • Lead design for platforms supporting portfolio construction, model portfolio management, managed accounts, and discretionary mandates
  • Own architecture for digital wealth and banking servicing
  • Establish and enforce architectural standards, design patterns, cloud practices, and AI/ML controls
  • Partner with senior leadership across Wealth Investments, Digital Servicing, Product, Operations, and Advisor organizations
  • Manage multiple architecture teams including hiring, performance management, budget planning, and talent development

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in large-scale financial services, preferably in Wealth Management or Investments
  • Expertise in enterprise architecture, investment platforms, digital servicing, and AI/ML technologies
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG systems, and AI governance frameworks
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams, budgets, and complex portfolios
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence senior leaders
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and decision-making capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree required
