Andersen is hiring a Solutions Architect for a project building a banking loyalty platform and shaping scalable solutions for customer engagement and retention. Our customer is a large international technology organization operating in the digital infrastructure domain. It develops and maintains high-load platforms that process and manage significant volumes of data across multiple regions. The engineering landscape includes distributed systems, cloud-based environments, system integrations, and advanced security practices, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and continuous platform evolution. The project is focused on building a loyalty platform for a banking organization from the ground up. It includes designing and implementing customer rewards, engagement, and retention capabilities, while establishing the technical foundation, business processes, and integrations required for a scalable loyalty ecosystem.
Job Responsibility
Designing and implementing loyalty solutions, including rewards, cashback, tier-based and partner loyalty programs
Gathering and analyzing business requirements, defining target processes, customer journeys, and business architecture
Leading architecture design and ensure seamless integration with CRM, payment, mobile, and other enterprise systems
Providing technical leadership and architectural oversight throughout the full implementation lifecycle
Coordinating cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and support successful delivery and production launch of loyalty platforms
Requirements
Experience as a Tech Lead / Solution Architect / Business Architect for 4+ years
Leading architecture and technical implementation of the loyalty platform
Defining the target solution architecture and integration landscape
Collaborating with business stakeholders to shape loyalty program capabilities
Managing and guiding technical teams throughout delivery
Making key architectural and technical decisions
Ensuring scalability, security, maintainability, and performance of the solution
Supporting implementation, rollout, and post-launch stabilization
Providing technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above
