Job Description

We're looking for an exceptional Solutions Architect based in Korea to join our growing Asia team. You'll be leading technical engagements with customers and partners, helping them transform their business through intelligent automation and AI.

Job Responsibility

  • Work directly with customers and partners across the full sales cycle, from initial discovery through to implementation planning.
  • Be the technical expert who understands their business challenges and translates them into automation solutions using Workato.
  • Build trusted relationships as the go-to technical advisor on integration architecture, platform capabilities and implementation approaches.
  • Help customers see what's possible and give them confidence in how to get there.
  • Create and deliver compelling demonstrations that show real business value.
  • Develop technical content like solution architectures, best practice guides and proof of concept implementations that help customers and the broader team.
  • Run hands-on sessions with customers including training workshops, technical deep dives and implementation guidance.
  • Help develop the skills of other team members through mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Computer Science or BS or equivalent education
  • 7+ years of Solutions Consulting / Solutions Architect experience is a must
  • 5+ years of experience with Integration and Middleware tools is a must
  • Communicate effectively with Technical, Business and C Level stakeholders
  • Understand the security and governance needs of Enterprises
  • Knowledge of key applications such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, EBusiness Suite, Databases
  • Knowledge of AI agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementations
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey and relate ideas to others and work collaboratively to get things done.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience having worked in a start-up environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of Java and .Net platforms a plus
  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP a plus
