Job Description:

We are looking for our first Solutions Architect to help build out our US Central user and customer community. Our ideal candidate is a technical professional capable of offering customers specialized business and technical expertise. This role involves providing expert guidance to help clients achieve their objectives and better understand how they utilize ClickHouse.

Job Responsibility:

Comfortable working with complex business and technological requirements and translating into the design of solutions, including data visualization, workflow recommendations, migrations, and enterprise scale architecture
Working directly with customers at every layer of their organization (C Suite to data scientists and developers) and acting as a trusted advisor for our users
Articulate and evangelize the vision and positioning of both the company and products, and secure strategic commercial commitments
Use a solution-based approach to selling and creating value for customers
Identify and drive new initiatives that enable customers to turn their data into actionable business value and align these initiatives with their business outcomes for continued success

Requirements:

3+ years of experience with Open Source Software business models
Proficiency in Cloud and Infrastructure software
Experience with scalable and highly available distributed systems
Experience with creating POCs and reference implementations

Nice to have:

Experience selling databases and/or deploying applications with any of the major cloud providers
Experience with database programming and data models
