In this role as a Solutions Architect at Cohere, you will play an instrumental part in growing Cohere’s business. You will partner with Account Executives and Executive Leadership to communicate and demonstrate the value of our technology to the market. Job Responsibility:
Developing a deep understanding of customer problems, mapping them to Cohere solutions
Working closely with our partners as the trusted technical advisor who owns the technical relationship with our stakeholders
Increase the adoption of Cohere products, both internally and externally
Gather valuable insights and feedback from customers to help shape the future of our products
Lead the deployment of customer pilots that showcase the business value of our technology to strategic enterprise and government customers
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and translate those into our technical solutions
Take ownership of the customer narrative, serving as the voice of the customer and acting as a liaison between the customer and our product team
Provide guidance on best practices for using Cohere, identify areas for improvement within the platform, and cultivate technical champions within customer organizations
Requirements:
5+ years of customer-facing technical pre/post sales Solutions Architect/Solutions Engineer/Sales Engineer/Customer Engineer (or similar) experience
A passion for Generative AI, and an understanding of strengths and weaknesses of Generative LLMs and AI technologies
Familiarity with foundational ML concepts (training, evaluation, etc.)
Excellent communication skills
Thrives within ambiguous and uncharted environments
You can identify and implement high-impact processes in unstructured environments
Comfortable working with Python and Jupyter Notebooks
Preferred: 2+ years architecting or deploying NLP/AI/LLM Solutions
Preferred: Experience customising models for specific business/organizational objectives
Preferred: Experience architecting or deploying in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI)
