Job Description

Andersen, an international IT company, is looking for a Solutions Architect in Mexico to design enterprise solutions, support pre-sales activities, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting multiple pre-sales initiatives in parallel
  • Participating in discovery phases, technical assessments, RFP/RFI responses, and solution estimation
  • Establishing early trust and credibility with clients
  • Translating business goals into clear solution approaches
  • Defining end-to-end solution architecture
  • Designing scalable, secure, cost-efficient solutions
  • Producing C4 diagrams, context models, integration diagrams, and cloud topologies
  • Ensuring architectural consistency and identifying risks
  • Working with business and technical stakeholders
  • Facilitating workshops and architectural deep dives
  • Acting as a trusted advisor
  • Collaborating with delivery and engineering teams
  • Supporting transition into delivery
  • Participating in reviews and quality gates
  • Advocating modern engineering practices
  • Staying current with market and technology trends

Requirements

  • Experience as a Solution or Enterprise Architect for 5+ years
  • Background in software development
  • Experience with LATAM enterprise clients
  • Strong AWS and/or Azure experience
  • Strong architectural documentation skills
  • Experience in one or more relevant domains such as FinTech/Banking/Insurance, Automotive/Manufacturing, Healthcare/Life Sciences, AI/ML, or data platforms
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above
