Job Description:

As a Solutions Architect at NTT DATA, you will lead architecture-led programs, providing strategic and technical leadership for key client projects. Your role will involve governance, service optimization, and collaboration with technical teams to enhance platform performance. You will engage with clients to assess needs and drive impactful solutions. The main areas of focus for this role are architecture & governance, and service and solution optimisation. The SA is actively involved in the strategic aspects of the Client's platform interacting with their Technical Delivery team and Data & Business Hub. They provide guidance and impact analysis on proposed changes to the platform as well as drive optimisation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Review Tech hub changes the ensure monitoring mechanism is in place
  • Design how we monitor and manage the service, and make changes to this capability when the environment changes
  • Work with problem management to identify Architectural or technical issues and propose fixes
  • Engage Architecture specialists when required from NTT's pool: i.e. a network architect to redesign the network, a platform architect to redesign the platform, DevOps specialists to improve the CI/CD processes

Requirements:

  • Technology Solutions design and governance experience within a large scale (preferably multi-national) technology services environment on the following areas: Networking, Data Centre and Infrastructure Support
  • Seasoned client engagement and consulting experience coupled with solid experience in client needs assessment and change management
  • Experience in integrating the solution for the particular project with the business domain, enterprise concerns, industry standards, established patterns and best practices

Nice to have:

  • Project or program management experience would be well regarded but not essential
  • Seasoned project or program management experience would be preferred but not essential
