As a skilled and experienced Solutions Architect you are called upon to design and deliver innovative technical solutions that drive customer success. As a key member of the Professional Services team, you will collaborate with pre- and post-sales teams to scope, architect, and implement solutions that help customers adopt and extend the LM platform. You will play a vital role in solving complex business challenges for our most strategic customers while advancing LogicMonitor’s best-in-class IT monitoring platform.
Job Responsibility:
Customer Engagement: Collaborate with prospects and customers to scope custom implementations, integrations, and solutions that maximize the value of LogicMonitor’s platform
Feasibility and Proposal Development: Assess the feasibility of monitoring use cases and integrations, clearly articulating value, impact, and effort to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Technical Research: Explore emerging technologies and new product features to enhance monitoring capabilities and guide services approaches for platform enhancements
Services Estimation and Documentation: Develop detailed estimates for services proposals, including timelines, effort, and pricing. Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to draft comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs) and collaborate on peer reviews
Post-Sales Implementation: Lead post-sales discovery and design of custom solutions while assisting Solutions Engineers with deployment tasks during Professional Services engagements
Process Improvement: Contribute to internal initiatives by optimizing pre-packaged Professional Services offerings, enhancing standard operating procedures, and driving automation for scalable service delivery
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
2+ years of IT experience supporting domains such as server, network, security, storage, virtualization, or cloud infrastructure, with a strong understanding of ITIL best practices
2+ years of programming experience in Python, PowerShell, Java, Groovy
Experience with REST or SOAP APIs, including HTTP, JSON, XML, and regular expressions
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as professional services or consulting
Willingness to travel up to 10-20%
