Job Description:

We are seeking a Solution Architect to support a Payroll Transformation Programme focused on improving colleague experience. The role requires strong expertise in SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and a solid understanding of payroll processes. You will work across multiple workstreams, engaging with both technical teams and operational stakeholders to deliver programme objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead solution architecture across the payroll transformation programme
  • Provide deep expertise in SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
  • Work with technical and operational stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Translate business and payroll requirements into clear technical designs
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with programme objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect in SAP Payroll / ECP
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and systems
  • Experience working on transformation programmes
