Job Description

We're seeking a Solutions Architect to join our Partner Engineering, Monetization team. As a solutions architect, you will be a key player engaging with our partner ecosystem, empowering partners and their customers to unlock the full potential of Meta's innovative solutions. You will be at the forefront of driving business growth and success for our partners and leverage your problem-solving skills, business acumen, technical experience, and entrepreneurial to deliver real-world results on a global scale. In close collaboration with Partnerships, Product and Engineering teams, you will identify and deliver new opportunities and drive initiatives to scale solutions, making them easier to adopt. As an ambassador for Meta, you will represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as a technical consultant and subject matter advisor on Meta's Marketing solutions for some of the biggest companies in the world
  • Guide our partners to successful integrations with Meta’s Marketing solutions through technical collaboration and a focus on delivering business success
  • Keep track of industry trends and build a thorough market understanding on the partner ecosystem
  • Work closely with Partnerships, Sales, Engineering and other cross functional teams to drive business growth
  • Influence the industry through technology by participating in industry conferences and presenting to executive-level audience
  • Understand and apply knowledge of products, technologies and business to build solutions to solve for problems at scale
  • Ability to break down projects into tasks and partner with all applicable teams and partners to meet pre-established goals
  • Build relationships internally (team members and cross functional partners) and externally (our partner ecosystem)
  • Influence decision-making through presentation of data-centric business topics
  • Participate in interviewing and on-boarding of new team members
  • Travel Requirements: 20% of the time

Requirements

  • Combined experience as an Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Partner/Sales Engineer
  • Experience working with software systems including querying, SQL scripting, and working with API development
  • Experience of working in a client or partner facing role, with a track record of successful integration projects
  • Experience operating in a sales environment with sales goals
  • Experience with web, mobile, or enterprise technology stack
  • Experience demonstrating knowledge of industry technology areas and trends
  • Technical Degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have

  • Experience with Meta’s Advertising product suite
  • Experience with the partner ecosystem
  • Working proficiency in Japanese, Korean, Thai or Vietnamese

  • Lead discovery conversations with law firm and corporate prospects to understand their ediscovery, investigations, and review workflows, and translate those needs into a clear technical narrative for Everlaw
  • Prepare and deliver polished platform demos tailored to specific use cases and audiences, including AI feature demos and technical deep-dives for diverse audiences ranging from technical power users to executive stakeholders
  • Plan and execute standard commercial POVs
  • Define success criteria with input from the AE and SA leadership, manage day-to-day evaluation logistics, lead user trainings, troubleshoot issues, and keep multiple stakeholders aligned to a clear plan and timeline
  • Contribute to RFP, RFI, and security questionnaire responses in partnership with our Proposals Specialist and Security & Trust teams
  • Build and maintain working knowledge of Everlaw's roadmap, and contribute structured field feedback from prospect and customer interactions to help inform future product direction
  • Partner with sales, customer success, marketing, security & trust, legal, and product to support deal strategy, joint pursuits, and post-sale handoffs
