Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect, Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to join our Enterprise Applications team. Reporting to the Director of Oracle Applications, this role will provide architectural leadership, governance, and technical direction for the Oracle ERP platform, supporting key business domains including Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory and Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Production Planning.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of current-state business processes and system capabilities across Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory & Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Production Planning
  • identify strengths, gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimization
  • Define and maintain the target-state architecture and strategic roadmap for Oracle ERP, including application, data, and integration layers
  • Conduct gap analyses between current and target states and lead the development of actionable roadmaps to remediate gaps and mitigate risks to business initiatives
  • Lead solution design and architecture governance, partnering with business SMEs and Enterprise Architects to ensure scalable, integrated, and standardized cross-functional solutions
  • Provide architectural leadership for ERP implementations, enhancements, and modernization initiatives, including upgrades and potential cloud transformation efforts
  • Define and govern integration architecture between Oracle ERP, PLM, and other enterprise systems
  • Evaluate and recommend ERP-related tools and technologies such as data management, analytics, scheduling, and mobility solutions
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes
  • Guide cross-functional teams through the solution delivery lifecycle
  • Translate business requirements into end-to-end solution designs and technical specifications
  • Lead effort estimation, resource planning, and cost modeling
  • Contribute to and align with enterprise architecture standards, frameworks, and business process models
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of ERP experience in architecture, design, development, or deployment leadership roles
  • Strong experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), especially within Finance
  • Experience with ERP modernization initiatives, including upgrades and evaluation of Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion)
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, system integrations, data architecture, and scalable solution design
  • Familiarity with software development, infrastructure, web technologies, and SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud and/or Microsoft Cloud technologies
  • Strong knowledge of ERP processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Production Planning
  • Experience working in complex manufacturing or high-technology environments
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive large-scale initiatives
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • PMP, TOGAF, or similar certifications are a plus
