Job Description:

As a Laureate SAFe Solution Architect aligned to the Awareness to Revenue (A2R) value stream, you will drive the architectural vision and technical strategy across marketing, sales, partners and customer acquisition platforms. You will ensure that digital experiences, data flows, and integrations across the A2R journey are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise goals. This role is pivotal in enabling seamless customer journeys from initial engagement through to revenue realization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and evolve the solution architecture for the A2R value stream, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business strategy
  • Drive innovative, AI-enabled solutions that drive scale, efficiency and transform our operations in the Awareness to Revenue space
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, Partner Ops, and Customer Success to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions with detailed roadmaps
  • Lead architectural design of CRM, marketing automation, customer data platforms (CDPs), sales enablement tools, and analytics platforms
  • Ensure architectural alignment across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) supporting the A2R value stream
  • Measure and communicate the architectural impact on flow efficiency, quality, and the enablement of business outcomes (CAGR, Net unit expansion, etc…)
  • Guide teams in implementing event-driven architectures, real-time data pipelines, and API-first integrations
  • Participate in PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt events to ensure architectural alignment and continuous improvement
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and data governance standards
  • Promote Lean-Agile principles, DevSecOps, and continuous delivery practices across the value stream
  • Enable end-to-end visibility and flow across marketing, sales, and customer data systems to improve decision-making and reduce time from idea to revenue
  • Collaborate with other Solution and Enterprise Architects to ensure interoperability and architectural coherence across adjacent value streams

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of industry experience designing and implementing solutions
  • 8+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture roles
  • 3+ years of experience working in a SAFe environment or other scaled Agile frameworks
  • SAFe® Architect Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Deep understanding of marketing and sales technology ecosystems to include integration patterns across these ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Experience Cloud, Marketo, Snowflake)
  • Experience with data integration, customer journey orchestration, and real-time personalization
  • Ability to deliver technical solutions which meet all minimum requirements for quality, security and operability

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs), identity resolution, and consent management
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and API gateways
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
