This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, managing complex sales cycles, and driving sustainable revenue growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Job Responsibility
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Manage complex sales cycles while maintaining a strong and healthy pipeline
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Educate customers on product offerings, pricing structures, and value propositions
Analyse market trends to identify new business opportunities and refine sales approaches
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
Drive process improvements and introduce innovative approaches to sales execution
Lead negotiations and contribute to successful deal closures
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years in a similar leadership role
Proven track record of success in sales and/or sales enablement within the technology or IT services sector
Strong expertise in sales strategy, customer relationship management, and market analysis
Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and drive consultative sales engagements
Demonstrated ability to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
Nice to have
Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or equivalent)
Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP)
