As a Solution Sales Executive for Jira Service Management, you will serve as a subject matter expert in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Enterprise Service Management (ESM). Your role involves driving new sales motions and co-selling initiatives, collaborating closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop tailored Atlassian solutions. This role is crucial in advancing Atlassian's solution sales business goals and involves working with a globally distributed team. You will also act as a knowledge leader, working with Account Executives, Marketing, Product teams, and more, to ensure success in driving revenue growth.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a knowledge leader in ITSM industry trends to inform sales strategies and positioning of key product Jira Service Management
Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth
Engage with customers to understand their business needs and propose suitable solutions, focusing on value-based interactions
Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, Account Management, Product, and Partner Management teams to align on sales strategies and explore co-selling opportunities
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years ITSM selling experience in Enterprise and Mid-Market level accounts
Extensive experience in solution sales, particularly in ITSM and ESM
Strong understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with C-level executives and technical audiences
Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets
