Job Description

As a Solution Responsible, you will ensure that fulfilment and replenishment solutions are effectively implemented, maintained, and continuously improved to support excellent customer experiences and efficient operations. Your key responsibilities will include: Secure the setup, configuration, and maintenance of assigned fulfilment solutions and processes according to business and market needs; Act as the second-level support for operational issues and ensure proper escalation and resolution of incidents; Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement digital and process improvement opportunities; Serve as the single point of contact for all solution-related topics, including system releases, improvements, incidents, and change requests; Ensure smooth integration between IKEA systems and service provider platforms, supporting deployment, validation, and operational readiness activities; Support the development and deployment of new capabilities by providing subject matter expertise; Secure learning and knowledge transfer by supporting training activities, working methods, and processing documentation; Monitor solution performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive actions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction; Build strong partnerships across Customer Fulfilment, Digital, Service Providers, and other business functions to achieve common goals; Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer-centric decision-making.

Requirements

  • University degree in Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or 4–6 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in supply chain, fulfilment services, customer service, or related operational functions
  • Strong understanding of business processes, customer fulfilment operations, and service delivery
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant digital solutions, systems, and tools
  • Experience in problem-solving, process improvement, and analyzing end-user needs
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in multicultural, matrix, and cross-functional environments
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
