As a Solution Responsible, you will ensure that fulfilment and replenishment solutions are effectively implemented, maintained, and continuously improved to support excellent customer experiences and efficient operations. Your key responsibilities will include: Secure the setup, configuration, and maintenance of assigned fulfilment solutions and processes according to business and market needs; Act as the second-level support for operational issues and ensure proper escalation and resolution of incidents; Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement digital and process improvement opportunities; Serve as the single point of contact for all solution-related topics, including system releases, improvements, incidents, and change requests; Ensure smooth integration between IKEA systems and service provider platforms, supporting deployment, validation, and operational readiness activities; Support the development and deployment of new capabilities by providing subject matter expertise; Secure learning and knowledge transfer by supporting training activities, working methods, and processing documentation; Monitor solution performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive actions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction; Build strong partnerships across Customer Fulfilment, Digital, Service Providers, and other business functions to achieve common goals; Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer-centric decision-making.

Requirements
University degree in Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or 4–6 years of relevant professional experience
Experience in supply chain, fulfilment services, customer service, or related operational functions
Strong understanding of business processes, customer fulfilment operations, and service delivery
Excellent knowledge of relevant digital solutions, systems, and tools
Experience in problem-solving, process improvement, and analyzing end-user needs
Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in multicultural, matrix, and cross-functional environments
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
