Job Responsibility

  • Lead the entire lifecycle of banking solutions from ideation and analysis to implementation and continuous improvement
  • Develop tailored solutions and advise on digital transformation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in solution ownership, transformation management, or consulting within the banking or financial services sector
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory environments, and digital transformation trends
  • Experience with AI, automation, and emerging technologies in service delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives in a matrixed environment
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
