Job Description

Mayvue is seeking a Solution Marketing Specialist to help translate our product capabilities into clear, compelling stories for state and local transportation agencies. In this hands on role you will support go to market (GTM) activities, create customer facing collateral, and gather market insights that fuel pipeline growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Draft solution briefs, blog posts, social content, and basic video / webinar outlines
  • Maintain a library of up to date pitch decks and one pagers
  • Assist with launch checklists, timelines, and internal announcements for new features
  • Coordinate hand offs between Product, Marketing, and Sales
  • Write and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, ensuring compliance with all requirements and alignment with Mayvue’s value proposition
  • Maintain a repository of standard answers, certifications, and attachments for fast turnaround
  • Monitor industry news, RFP portals, and competitor updates
  • summarize findings for the team
  • Collect win/loss notes from Sales and log trends
  • Keep battlecards and FAQs current in HubSpot
  • Schedule and help deliver short enablement sessions for Account Executives (AEs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs)
  • Track engagement on campaigns and assets (e.g., HubSpot dashboards, Google Analytics)
  • Present monthly highlights and improvement ideas
  • Coordinate webinars, trade show shipments, and email campaigns

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing preferably SaaS
  • Demonstrated ability to draft or contribute to RFP, RFI and RFQ responses for public-sector clients
  • Solid writing skills and an eye for clear concise storytelling
  • Familiarity with at least one marketing or design tool (e.g., HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Express, Google Analytics)
  • Basic understanding of enterprise buying cycles
  • exposure to the public sector is a plus
  • Organized, deadline driven, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities with guidance
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
