Job Description

As a Solution Line Manager for Energy, you will be pivotal in shaping and delivering Belden’s complete connectivity solutions for modern OT/IT converged environments. You will go deep into customer problems, understand the role of networks and use of data in solving those problems, and create the positioning and system requirements that guide solution architects in designing bills of materials to address complex challenges. You will lead strategic planning, development, and lifecycle management of solutions that enhance efficiency, reliability, and intelligence within your sector. Flexible work options are available (Remote/Hybrid, with travel as required).

Job Responsibility

  • Translate customer problems and sector insights into actionable, prioritized requirements for solution architects and product teams
  • Develop and maintain clear, compelling pitchbooks for your sector
  • Create and update a solution line card with clear positioning statements
  • Deliver solutions that are validated and tested in real-world environments
  • Gather feedback from commercial teams and customers to drive ongoing enhancements
