Job Description:

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Solution Lead Digital Twin to join our team in Nieuwegein, Netherlands. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the implementation of Digital Twin concepts, helping our clients gain valuable insights and direction on complex business challenges. Lead projects, optimise networks, and provide expert guidance in real-time decision-making with digital transformation technology.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the commercial scaling of our Digital Twin solution, translating best practices into repeatable and scalable approaches
provide expert guidance on business issues related to energy transition, manufacturing sustainability, labour productivity, and long-term asset management
create virtual versions of real situations through modelling, monitoring, analysing, and predicting scenarios in a digital environment
support real-time decision-making processes and provide insights into future scenarios for clients
optimise networks and realise cost savings and productivity gains through Digital Twin systems
assist in presales activities and proposal/tender development
take on a Lead/Expert role in key customer projects, ensuring successful implementation of Digital Twin solutions
collaborate with cross-border colleagues to share knowledge and inspiration
stay abreast of the latest developments in Digital Twin technology and related fields

Requirements:

HBO or WO education in IT or a related field
approximately 5 years of work experience in the Digital Twin field
extensive knowledge of Digital Twin concepts and their practical applications
proficiency in GEO-ICT, data science, data visualisation, data engineering, and IoT
in-depth understanding of data governance, data integration, and data standards
experience with asset management, predictive maintenance, BIM, and 3D technologies
familiarity with energy transition, manufacturing sustainability, and labour productivity challenges
strong leadership and project management skills
excellent communication and presentation abilities in both Dutch and English
problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
customer-focused approach with a keen eye for detail
analytical mindset and visionary outlook
passion for pushing the boundaries in digital transformation and technology consulting
