Job Description:

As Solution Engineer, you will own the technical onboarding for FunnelFox products, configure integrations, and act as the key technical partner for customers and internal teams. You will have strong product influence and solve complex technical challenges daily.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead technical onboarding and integration of FunnelFox products including Funnels and Billing
  • Configure and validate integrations across analytics, payment providers, and event flows
  • Participate in sales calls to address technical questions from prospects
  • Monitor customer onboarding progress, track statuses, and unblock issues to ensure timely completion
  • Serve as internal product expert, provide feedback and escalate improvements to product and solution teams
  • Own customer communication by setting expectations, providing updates, and delivering clear next steps

Requirements:

  • Solution, Integration, or Technical Account Management roles experience
  • Technical skills cover APIs, webhooks, JSON payloads, and event-based data flows
  • Ability to define and validate integration flows like analytics events and payment provider logic
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GA
  • Understanding of payment flows and transaction statuses
  • Communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to any audience
  • English level is excellent (C1 minimum)
  • Ownership mindset to run multiple onboarding projects independently

Nice to have:

  • Hands-on experience with Stripe or other payment providers
  • Basic scripting or API debugging skills using Postman or JavaScript basics
  • Background in sales engineering or presales
