Job Description:

Atlassian is looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to support their TeamWork Foundations journey. This involves utilizing products such as Jira, Confluence and Loom to empower enterprise customers to optimize workflows and align projects to business priorities. The role entails engaging with Fortune 500 customers, tracking profiles, solving business problems, mapping solutions, and providing technical guidance. The candidate will also lead customized product demonstrations, forge partnerships with account teams, and maintain industry knowledge to ensure solution success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with direct sales, partners and larger account teams on Fortune 500 customers
  • track customer profile, business problems, complexities, roadmaps, and solution success
  • participate in customer discovery to understand current state and business problems
  • map solutions back to Atlassian products
  • identify high-impact workflows for automation and optimization
  • probe for cross-product/solution expansion opportunities
  • assess client pain points
  • articulate and demonstrate software value in pre-sales
  • present compelling value-based demonstrations
  • guide and lead customer's technical needs in sales process
  • maintain strong partnerships with account executives
  • create field insights-based collateral and content
  • track and document feedback and competitive intelligence
  • develop pre-sales and product knowledge
  • refine sales processes
  • maintain currency of market and competitive trends
  • establish effective objection handling procedures.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales capacity
