Job Description:

We are seeking a Solution Designer who will create high‑quality solution designs, technical documentation, and business analysis for software products and services within an Agile environment. This role is ideal for an individual who can translate business needs into scalable technical requirements, collaborate within international teams, and ensure that solutions align with architectural and operational standards.

Job Responsibility:

Collect and formalise business and technical requirements for the development or enhancement of software systems
Work closely with the Product Owner to clarify objectives, technical value, and alignment with the capability plan
Translate business requirements into technical specifications following architectural guidelines
Produce comprehensive diagrams and documentation, including user flows, architectural diagrams, and mock‑ups
Complement business requirements with technical details required for development
Review and reprioritise technical and functional specifications in collaboration with the Product Owner
Identify, analyse, and report delivery risks and improvement opportunities
Facilitate communication and decision‑making between customers and product stakeholders
Keep project teams informed of business changes and progress updates
Provide feedback during testing to ensure deliverables meet business objectives
Support operational readiness and contribute to performance indicator alignment and delivery timelines
Facilitate daily reporting to ensure transparent communication across the project
Collaborate effectively with international teams

Requirements:

Experienced in analysing technical and business systems within Agile environments (SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban)
Knowledgeable in RESTful APIs and familiar with software architecture principles
Skilled in backlog management, specification definition, and data‑driven decision‑making
Strong in communication, organisation, facilitation, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving
Experienced in Solution Design, IT business analysis, process modelling, IT Service Management, or project coordination
Comfortable working with CRM, ERP, or configuration management applications
Adept at engaging senior business stakeholders
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Holds a university degree in a technical field or Business Administration
Brings at least two years of relevant experience in Solution Design or related fields
