Solution Design Specialist

• Review and interpret architectural drawings and project documentation
• Configure and set up projects in the system with high accuracy
• Ensure data consistency and quality across all project inputs
• Communicate with clients to clarify requirements and support project setup
• Work closely with internal teams to align on project needs and workflows
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress
• Collaborate with colleagues while also managing individual responsibilities
• Maintain a detail-oriented and structured approach to all tasks
• Support continuous improvement of processes and best practices

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• No prior experience required — ideal for a fresh graduate
• Ability to translate technical solutions into business value for non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with the construction industry and project management concepts
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• High proficiency in written and spoken English (other world languages are a plus)
