Job Description:

As a Solution Design Specialist, you will play an essential role in setting up and structuring architectural projects within our platform. Your work will involve analyzing detailed project documentation (drawings, plans, specifications) and accurately translating it into our system. This role blends individual focus and collaborative teamwork, requiring precision, accountability, and strong organizational skills. You’ll have the opportunity to work on renowned architectural projects of various typologies across the globe and communicate directly with clients to ensure successful project delivery. This is an ideal role for recent Architecture or Civil Engineering graduates looking to launch their careers in a dynamic, international environment.

Job Responsibility:

Review and interpret architectural drawings and project documentation
Configure and set up projects in the system with high accuracy
Ensure data consistency and quality across all project inputs
Communicate with clients to clarify requirements and support project setup
Work closely with internal teams to align on project needs and workflows
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress
Collaborate with colleagues while also managing individual responsibilities
Maintain a detail-oriented and structured approach to all tasks
Support continuous improvement of processes and best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
No prior experience required — ideal for a fresh graduate
Ability to translate technical solutions into business value for non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with the construction industry and project management concepts
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
High proficiency in written and spoken English (other world languages are a plus)
A proactive, strategic, and solutions-oriented mindset—always looking to improve processes and customer experiences
Strong attention to detail, organization, and responsibility
Ability to work both independently and within a team
