  • Leads analytical support on sales opportunities, implementation, consulting, and re-engineering projects
  • Design new tools and processes to improve the solution design function discipline
  • Provide leadership, guidance, training, and daily direction to the team regarding the discipline’s tools and processes
  • Join sales calls with prospective customers to help understand roadblocks and propose creative solutions to solve customer needs
  • Supports continuous improvement initiatives through the development and validation of innovative logistics design solutions
  • Other duties and responsibilities as necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field required
  • Master’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field, preferred
  • Experience with third-party logistics providers, E-commerce, retail logistics, or related Operations
  • Excellent analytical skills
