Job Responsibility:

Leads analytical support on sales opportunities, implementation, consulting, and re-engineering projects
Design new tools and processes to improve the solution design function discipline
Provide leadership, guidance, training, and daily direction to the team regarding the discipline’s tools and processes
Join sales calls with prospective customers to help understand roadblocks and propose creative solutions to solve customer needs
Supports continuous improvement initiatives through the development and validation of innovative logistics design solutions
Other duties and responsibilities as necessary

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field required
Master’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field, preferred
Experience with third-party logistics providers, E-commerce, retail logistics, or related Operations
Excellent analytical skills
