Previous deployment experience of SaaS products, ideally HR related

Job Responsibility

Manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle, from sales turnover and kick off to handover to support
Drive project management
Define 360Learning platform architecture for our clients
Facilitate integrations (flat files, API’s) and 3rd party apps
Guide and provide assistance in order to ensure the successful deployment of their platform
Follow your customers' portfolio along their contract to increase product adoption
