As a Solution Consultant, you’ll be the trusted advisor for our customers—guiding their journey from first introduction through project delivery and beyond. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring customers fully adopt our platform into their workflows and extract maximum value from our solutions. Along with other colleagues from our team, you’ll be the central point of alignment across internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality project execution and customer satisfaction. Your role extends beyond customer interactions; you will continuously monitor project health, optimize processes, and drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth operations.
Job Responsibility:
Lead engaging product demos, ensuring presentations align with customer personas and needs
Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer challenges, goals, and potential blockers
Assist our Account Executives in creating tailored proposals, extracting insights from project documentation and schedules
Collaborate with the Product Team to refine offerings based on customer feedback
Conduct regular check-ins and training sessions, tailoring content to different user roles
Ensure project teams are fully trained and integrating the platform efficiently into their daily workflows
Track usage and engagement, proactively identifying roadblocks to ensure customers achieve ROI
Act as the voice of the customer, capturing feedback and success stories to improve the product
Keep internal stakeholders updated on project progress, special requests, and customer feedback
Own key customer interactions, including kick-off meetings, launches, and close-outs
Align internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate project execution
Manage proof of value success, from initial onboarding to conversion
Maintain a high level of responsiveness, ensuring customers always receive timely support
Develop and implement scalable best practices to enhance project efficiency and customer experience
Track customer use cases and behaviors, leveraging data to refine engagement strategies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related field
1+ years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, customer success, project management, or a similar customer-facing role
Ability to translate technical solutions into business value for non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with the construction industry, SaaS, and project management concepts
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
High proficiency in written and spoken English (other world languages are a plus)
A proactive, strategic, and solutions-oriented mindset—always looking to improve processes and customer experiences
Ability to document, track, and share key project insights, keeping internal databases and project records up to date
