Job Description

The Solution Consultant's primary responsibility is to participate in implementations of Information Management portfolio. This role will involve working under the direction of a Project Manager and Technical Lead to ensure customer satisfaction and an on-time / on-budget delivery. The consultant will be required to work on multiple deliverables in support of the project, to include collaborating with other staff and Partner / Sub-Contractor staff to include offshore locations.

Job Responsibility

  • Participate in implementations of Information Management portfolio
  • Support qualified business capture activities including site visits, demonstrations, proof of concepts
  • Undertake data preparation tasks
  • Contribute to technical project documentation
  • Operate independently based on high level work descriptions
  • Predicts obstacles and works to prevent them
  • Employs fault diagnosis techniques
  • Manages own time effectively within scope of work

Requirements

  • 5 to 9 years experience
  • Application Knowledge: MS office, AutoCAD, Diagnostic reports and condition monitoring tools
  • Domain: Oil & Gas, Power
  • Good understanding of solving complex problems
  • Significant experience providing engineering expertise in application, operation, inspection and maintenance of plant systems and rotating equipment associated with oil & gas facilities
  • Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance practices (including software packages such as PRiSM or SmartSignal or its equivalent)
  • Experience of some elements of complete project lifecycle
  • Responsible to deliver models for rotating and static assets
  • Experienced in FAT, SAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operation, support and troubleshooting
  • Good working knowledge of Oil & Gas Industry, Power
  • Flexible to travel
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Demonstrates sound presentation skills

  • Ability to read PnID Diagrams
  • Experience with C#, .NET framework, JavaScript, XML, PowerShell, SQL, SSRS/SSIS
