We’re looking for a Solution Consultant to partner with customers in defining their challenges and designing tailored solutions for complex commercial use cases. This isn't a support role — you'll act as a trusted advisor, partnering with Partnerships and Sales, working with CFOs, treasury teams, and technical buyers to show them exactly how Sokin solves problems they've been living with for years. Job Responsibility
Partner closely with Partnerships and Sales to lead discovery and solution design from first customer conversation through to solution validation and transition to implementation — including workshops, proof‑of‑value engagements, and RFP/RFI responses
Design and deliver solution workshops and tailored walkthroughs that connect Sokin's capabilities to concrete customer pain points and business outcomes — cross-border payment flows, FX exposure, treasury visibility, embedded finance use cases
Serve as the primary solution and technical consultant for prospective customers, guiding security reviews, integration scoping, and feasibility discussions
Provide structured follow‑through after workshops and trials — clear solution documentation, technical proposals, and integration guidance that build customer confidence and readiness
Partner with Account Management and Customer Success to identify additional customer needs and shape solution extensions that support long‑term value
Act as a credible voice of the customer internally — feeding structured product and technical feedback to Product and Engineering with enough context to be actionable
Use AI tools actively across your workflow — from research and documentation to demo preparation and RFP responses — and help raise the bar for how the wider customer-facing teams works with AI
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in a Solution Consultant, Solutions Engineer, or customer‑facing technical consulting role within a B2B SaaS or fintech environment
Comfortable talking to both technical buyers (developers, architects) and commercial stakeholders (CFOs, treasury managers) — and knowing which conversation you're in
Hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs, and integrations — you don't need to write production code, but you need to understand what you're talking about when an engineer pushes back
Strong customer and solution insight - you can recognise unmet needs and collaborate with Account Management to address them appropriately
Demonstrably proficient with AI tools — you use them to move faster and produce better outputs, not as a novelty. Comfort with prompt engineering, AI-assisted documentation, and building lightweight AI workflows is a genuine advantage
Highly organised with sharp follow-through — complex customer engagements slip when ownership between conversations is unclear
Clear, confident communicator in writing and in the room

Experience presenting to senior finance stakeholders or C-suite buyers
