Job Description

We are looking for a seasonal Solution Center Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this contract role, you will provide exceptional service to a national network of schools, acting as a key point of contact for curriculum support and troubleshooting. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the educational sector while honing your customer service and problem-solving skills. This role requires work onsite at our headquarters for at least the first six weeks. The hours for this role are Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–9:00 PM.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by guiding schools through the implementation of curriculum and support services
  • Address and resolve inquiries related to program details, curriculum support, order status, and school registrations
  • Provide technical assistance on basic IT issues, system navigation, and software or equipment troubleshooting
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for additional services or new product offerings
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and activities using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
  • Perform administrative tasks and support various team projects as needed
  • Meet performance metrics related to service quality, productivity, and response times
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and innovative practices to enhance service delivery

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant customer service experience (ex. Call Center)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly adapt to other software tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage self-directed training
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in a collaborative, team-oriented work environment
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and ongoing development
