Microsoft France is seeking an experienced, visionary Sales Manager to lead our AI Business Process sales team in the enterprise segment. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation for our customers, leveraging the latest in AI, Copilot, agentic technologies, and the Frontier Firm model to deliver innovative business solutions and measurable impact.The successful candidate will empower customers to reinvent their business processes, unlock new revenue streams, and achieve breakthrough outcomes by harnessing AI-powered solutions, Copilot, and agent orchestration. You will guide customers on their journey to becoming Frontier Firms—organizations that fuse human judgment with AI agents to scale faster, work smarter, and unlock new value.
Job Responsibility
Lead, coach, and empower the sales team to drive AI-powered business process transformation, modeling Microsoft’s growth mindset and leadership principles
Develop and execute sales strategies leveraging AI, Copilot, and agent orchestration to deliver measurable business impact and accelerate customer transformation
Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level decision makers, positioning Microsoft as the partner of choice for AI transformation
Champion the Frontier Firm vision: enable customers to blend human expertise with AI agents, forming hybrid teams that drive productivity, innovation, and speed to value
Drive pipeline discipline, solution plays, and partner co-selling to accelerate AI share capture and core-business momentum
Ensure rigorous sales execution, forecasting, and business planning aligned with Microsoft’s AI Business Process vision
Collaborate with partners to scale execution, co-sell, and deliver industry-specific AI solutions
Capture and share customer success stories, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve offerings and strategy
Oversee business portfolio management, ensuring high-volume sales and consumption targets are met
Lead the adoption of AI-powered CRM, ERP, Copilot, and agentic solutions to transform selling, accelerate growth, and deliver personalized customer experiences
Drive continuous improvement, process redesign, and data-driven decision making to unlock the full potential of AI in sales
Requirements
Solid technology-related sales or account management experience, ideally in enterprise software, SaaS, or business applications
Proven track record in leading sales teams through digital and AI transformation
Deep understanding of AI, Copilot, agentic technologies, and the Frontier Firm model
Experience in solution or services sales, people management, and partner collaboration
Fluency in French and English (written and oral) is mandatory
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Visionary leadership with a passion for AI-driven business transformation
Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into customer business impact and outcomes
Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and related AI business solutions
