Job Responsibility:
Design and document solution architectures for Emerson PKM (core application), integrations across MES, LIMS, ERP, and PLM systems, as well as reporting capabilities, ensuring data consistency and interoperability
Define data models, interface specifications, and integration patterns that connect business requirements with technical implementation across all solution domains
Create architecture decision records and detailed technical documentation for PKM configurations, integration solutions, and reporting needs
Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of the architectural design, data flows, and system capabilities
Lead architecture reviews, support solution validation activities, and assist in testing related to PKM, integrations, and reporting deliverables
Drive continuous improvement of solution standards, architectural patterns, and best practices across the Enterprise Recipe Management program
Requirements:
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or have equivalent practical experience
Bring 7–10 years of experience as a Solution Architect in a regulated or highly structured environment
Have hands-on knowledge of SQL databases, relational data structures, and reporting systems
Possess proven experience in system integration projects (MES, ERP, LIMS, PLM, or related)
Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, global team setup
Are able to de-escalate discussions, maintain productivity, and keep focus on outcomes
Quickly understand the functions and capabilities of new technologies
Keep yourself up to date with trends and emerging technologies
Can develop and articulate a clear vision for one or more technology areas
Have experience creating architecture designs using formal frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman)
Understand both long-term (“big picture”) and short-term implications of technical decisions
Show strong leadership skills and experience working with large or diverse groups
Navigate effectively across organizational boundaries
Can frame complex issues and persuade a wide-ranging audience
Are available between 3–7 PM CET for collaboration across EU and US time zones
Are fluent in English, both spoken and written
