Solution Architect

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices
• Participate in defining, implementing, and managing architectural governance frameworks and standards
• Oversee the Architecture Review Board (ARB) process to ensure solutions are reviewed, approved, and compliant
• Collaborate with Solution Architects across domains (Retail, Digital, Data, etc.) to ensure architectural consistency and governance adherence
• Manage and optimize architectural demand management processes using ServiceNow
• Establish and enforce architectural standards, design patterns, and development frameworks
• Conduct architecture and design reviews to ensure quality, compliance, and alignment
• Identify, manage, and mitigate technical risk and technical debt
• Communicate complex architectural strategies and governance decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders, aligning business objectives with technical solutions

• 12–15 years of progressive experience in solution architecture roles
• 5–7 years in a Senior or Principal Solution Architect capacity
• Strong experience in Retail, E-commerce (B2C), and B2B environments
• Deep understanding of business models, challenges, and technology landscapes in these domains
• Experience with data architecture including data warehouses, data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, relational and NoSQL databases, and streaming platforms
• Strong background in architectural governance, ARB processes, and ITSM frameworks
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for demand management, ITSM, or ITBM
• Software architecture principles and design patterns (Microservices, APIs, Event-driven architecture)
• Experience with leading e-commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, etc.)
• Strong expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with Salesforce ecosystems (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and integration patterns
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation
• Knowledge of application and data security, including GDPR and CCPA compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and influencing skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional, and multicultural environments
