Job Responsibility
Define and document the end-to-end solution architecture (current and future state) for the replacement PPM platform, ensuring it is secure, supportable, and fit-for-purpose
Act as the primary conduit between the project team, implementation partners, and business stakeholders, translating requirements into clear technical specifications
Design and define integration pathways between the new PPM solution and existing enterprise systems, including SAP, Snowflake, Power BI, and Microsoft collaboration tools
Collaborate with cyber security and identity teams to ensure robust authentication, authorisation, and auditability requirements are integrated into the design
Provide architecture leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including supporting testing, data validation, cutover planning, and the transition to operational support
Requirements
Proven experience delivering solution architecture for complex, large-scale enterprise business system implementations
Strong technical background across integration, data, reporting, non-functional requirements, and SaaS/vendor constraints
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including delivery teams and business stakeholders
Comprehensive understanding of enterprise integrations, system dependencies, and information flows
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality architecture documentation, including design specifications, decision records, and target-state diagrams
