This role encompasses the worldwide accountability for the architecture of Office IT Infrastructure Identity & Digital Transformation which includes defining the strategy and standards, evolving the architecture and ensuring compliance to given standards across all of Vodafone’s operating subsidiaries and the Vodafone Group operated central services. The role owner translates requirements, created by business functions, into the solution architecture constituted and described in the blueprint for a solution. She/he acts as the owner to endeavour and consider mutual goals of the enterprise and applications architecture. Office IT Infrastructure Identity & Digital Transformation is a key enabler for the technical delivery of a consistent end user experience and the basis for all Corporate IT services. Identity & Digital Transformation includes several solutions and functions including provisioning which impact all Vodafone workforce users globally such as the Techcnial Provisioning Service (TPS) and External Object Sync (EOS) service. Identity & Digital Transformation also supports the ongoing requirements for successful Vodafone mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and divestments.
Job Responsibility:
Accountable for the architecture of the Office IT Infrastructure solutions for all local markets
Accountable to identify trends and technologies, indicating a risk or chance for the strategy of Office IT solutions
The role incorporates transparency of the services and being a qualified interface for technical matters to top-level management and corresponding experts from Office IT, Cyber Security, Data Center, and HR
Accountable for ensuring that customer requirements are understood and able to give advice and provide consultancy to both internally and externally stakeholders, so that the goals with respect to quality, efficiency and costs are consistently achieved
End-to-end accountable for the entire lifecycle of the chosen products and accountable for adjusting and changing the services architecture according to new business or cost optimization requirements, whilst ensuring consistent service delivery to all local markets

Creates architectural roadmaps
Defines the lifecycle for the chosen product
Requirements:
Strong communication and presentation skills across functional and cultural boundaries
Ability to engage, inspire and negotiate with stakeholders to conform with the Vodafone business at appropriate risk levels
Strong knowledge about Infrastructure Services (e.g. network, server services, Microsoft Active Directory, Cloud services)
Microsoft Certified (such as Identity and Access Administrator Associate)
Strong Microsoft, server hardware and network background is required
International experience in service and project management that operates in a complex business environment
Fluency in English
