Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting and health checks for critical business processes and integrations

Manage Fusion security and compliance activities: user provisioning, roles/entitlements, segregation of duties, audit logs and support audits
Produce and present operational metrics and reports (OTBI, BI Publisher) to stakeholders
proactively identify trends and capacity risks
Mentor and guide L1 engineers, lead knowledge transfers, and contribute to capacity and on-call planning
Liaise with customers, internal product owners and Oracle support for escalations and solution design changes
Participate in rotational shifts and mandatory on-call duties, including odd hours and weekend support
Requirements:

Advanced diagnostics skills across application, integration and data layers
comfortable writing and using SQL/PLSQL for forensic data fixes and reporting
Experience with ITSM tools and ITIL-aligned processes for incident, problem, change and release management

Scripting and automation skills (Python, Shell, PowerShell, SQL scripts) to build/run operational automations and monitoring
Experience with application performance monitoring, logging and alerting solutions and the ability to interpret metrics to tune processes
