About the Team: Cyera’s Solution Architecture (SA) team is a key part of our field organization, responsible for delivering technical excellence and driving customer success across our platform. Operating as the highest technical tier supporting both pre-sale and post-sale efforts, the team works closely with R&D, Product, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success. Solution Architects lead complex implementations, guide architectural decisions, and directly shape the evolution of our product. About the Role: We’re looking for a senior and strategic Solution Architect to join our Solution Architecture team. In this role, you’ll act as a technical leader and domain owner, bridging the gap between the field and R&D. You’ll work hands-on with customers during pre-sale and post-sale engagements, designing and implementing solutions, resolving technical challenges, and influencing the roadmap based on real-world needs. Your expertise will help improve internal processes, shape product capabilities, and enable scalable success across the organization.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the senior technical point of contact for complex customer engagements across pre-sale and post-sale efforts
Partner with customers to design and implement technical solutions that align with security, compliance, and operational requirements
Lead Proof of Value and production rollout initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and strong adoption
Own a product domain, working closely with R&D to resolve friction, contribute to roadmap development, and drive ecosystem growth
Build reusable solution assets including internal documentation, technical guides, automation scripts, and enablement content
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive platform adoption and customer success
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across data sources, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise systems
Continuously improve internal workflows, tooling, and best practices to support a growing customer base and field team
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Senior Sales Engineer, or similar technical role in a SaaS, security, or cloud-native company
Strong background as a Software development - a must
Strong background in solutioning, systems integration, and customer-facing technical delivery
Proficiency in data analysis and querying (e.g., SQL) and comfort working across distributed systems and cloud environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders
Strong ownership mindset—you take initiative, work independently, and thrive in fast-moving environments
Experience collaborating with R&D and Product teams to resolve customer friction and improve product capabilities
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field
Experience working on or supporting security-focused SaaS platforms
Familiarity with automation, scripting, and internal tooling development
Industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP, CCSP) and experience with enterprise-scale deployments
