Job Responsibility:

Architecture Design and Deployment
Collaborates with the Account Team and/or Bid Team to understand the business solution/problem
Builds and documents a realistically costed, advanced/complex Solution Approach
Jointly leads the implementation in close partnership with the Project Manager
Leads oversight and governance and establishment of quality practices and standards
Works in close collaboration with the Project Manager and Account Team to identify, categorize, and communicate business and technical risks
Defines and documents the architecture through an architecture description document, an architecture decisions log, and a requirements/constraints traceability matrix
Leverages a structured approach to Architecture Projects using existing methodologies
Collaborates with the Project Manager to jointly drive project/technical governance of the design, build, and deployment
Anticipates and identifies scenarios that could slow or impede pre-sales/delivery
Works with the business sponsor and customer/partner stakeholders to gather and ratify requirements and constraints
Practice Development
Generates new and/or improvements to existing intellectual property
Thought Leadership
Leads virtual teams around technologies and customer/partner challenges
Participates in external architect community events
Acts a mentor to less experienced colleagues
Trusted Advisor
Leads the adoption of Microsoft solutions technologies
Develops a network of internal/external relationships with senior-level decision makers
Uses evidence-based arguments that articulate complex concepts in a simple manner
Understanding Customer/Partner Technical Environment
Works with customer/partner stakeholders and business sponsor to socialize both the business solution and the project approach
Gathers customer/partner insights from a broad range of stakeholders
Uses evidence-based approach to represent the customer/partner as a customer advocate

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or infrastructure engineering, with 5+ years focusing on Data/AI
Proven expertise on design and implement Unified Data Platforms (data lakes, data warehouses) for scalability and performance eg databricks, Fabric and Purview
Strong knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks for enterprise-grade solutions
Hands-on experience with LLM-based architectures (e.g., GPT-4, Llama) and multi-agent systems for AI orchestration
Ability to build AI-powered applications and copilots leveraging Azure AI services
Experience in pre-sales engagements, developing solution designs, proposals, and responding to RFPs
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to business stakeholders and C-level executives
Data/AI/App related certifications are highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND extensive experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain
Language efficiency on Mandarin and English
