Solution Architect

Right now, we are looking for a Solution Architect to join our Digital HR and Finance team. In this role, you will report to our Digital Domain Manager and be part of the Digital Enterprise function. You will join a supportive, collaborative environment where we create modern and reliable digital capabilities for our HR and Finance functions. This role is a great fit for you who have several years of experience as a software developer, especially within backend development, and feel ready to grow into a Solution Architect role. At Stegra, you will have the valuable opportunity to develop into the role together with guidance and close collaboration from our Digital Enterprise Architect. We believe that thoughtful architecture grows from people who understand how digital solutions are built, and your development background will be a strong starting point as you take on a broader, more strategic perspective. In this role, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across both business and technical teams. Together, you will explore needs from HR and Finance and turn them into well-designed, future ready technical solutions. Your work will help create architectures that support simplicity, scalability and long-term maintainability. While you will not focus on writing production code every day, you will be involved in defining backend patterns, supporting development teams and helping align our digital solutions with Stegra’s guiding principles.
