Job Description:

As the SAP S4 Order to Cash Solution Architect, you will be responsible for SAP Solution design, implementation, and maintenance within the IKEA Order to Cash workstream, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions in a global environment. The role requires expertise in SAP platforms, strong communication skills, and a commitment to ensuring seamless integration across the value chain.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for SAP Solution design, implementation and maintenance
Accountable for solution architecture across Order to Cash processes
Work closely with process owners and lead solution architects
Serve as a front-line person for business process owners and super users
Manage enhancements within the SAP ecosystem
Support analysis of issues and implement resolutions
Support testing automation
Design and maintain operational reporting
Communicate status and escalate issues as needed
Address risk and mitigation of challenges in SAP architecture.

Requirements:

At least 2-3 end to end SAP implementation projects
Hands-on experience as a solution architect, business analyst or functional consultant
Experience in supply chain or retail industries
Strong team player with deep techno-functional expertise
Effective in communication and able to simplify complex technology challenges
Analytical with attention to detail
High motivation and ability to build relationships based on trust.

Nice to have:

Experience with SAP S/4 Hana and/or ECC
Knowledge of additional SAP platforms such as Signavio, Solution Manager, MDG, GRC
Experience with test automation using Solution Manager or UiPath
Familiarity with operational governance and SLA requirements
Cross-functional knowledge of end-to-end processes.
