We are currently looking for a highly motivated Solution Architect for CRM to join our Group IT organization. You will collaborate closely with international colleagues, including teams working from our Ukrainian office in Kyiv. In this role, you will coordinate delivery across application and infrastructure teams, support operational governance, and strengthen collaboration between IT and business stakeholders. You will help ensure predictable delivery, stable operations, and continuous improvement of our enterprise IT landscape.
Job Responsibility
End-to-End Solution Design
Design cross-system solutions across CRM, Web, ERP, and Integration layers.
Define customer data flows, process orchestration, and system interactions.
Translate business needs into structured, scalable CRM solutions.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and data governance
Application / Platform Ownership
Own internal architecture of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics), including: Data model (entities, relationships), Workflows, automation, and business logic, Role and access structures.
Ensure data consistency, integrity, and scalability.
Balance standard platform capabilities vs customization.
Collaboration & Enablement
Work closely with Tech Leads and CRM developers to ensure implementable designs.
Partner with Sales, Service, and Aftersales stakeholders to align on processes.
Collaborate with Integration and Web architects to ensure ecosystem consistency.
Support Product Owners in shaping CRM roadmaps
Governance & Quality
Ensure adherence to enterprise standards and data governance policies.
Identify and reduce technical and process complexity.
Promote standardization and reuse across CRM solutions.
Requirements
All applicants must be located in Poland and must have a valid work permit for Poland.
5+years of experience in IT delivery, program management, or technical delivery leadership.
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional and technical teams.
Experience working with enterprise IT environments (applications, platforms, infrastructure).
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
Experience supporting technical teams and delivery-focused environments.
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
Nice to have
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
Experience with CPQ, subscription, or service management modules.
Exposure to customer data platforms (CDPs) or advanced segmentation.
Experience working with global CRM rollouts or multi-region setups.
