Job Responsibility:
Be responsible for providing technical support for complex multi tower opportunities, where it is accountable for designing and validating the solution design for these opportunities
Engage new and existing Customers (Business & Technical Stakeholders) to define the roadmap of the organization for managed security services, network automation, Software Defined services strategy based on their existing setup and infrastructure
Engage with customers on specific opportunities - opportunities will typically be tailored or repeatable solutions around Secure Service Edge(SSE), Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), WAN, and managed network services
Lead and front complex customer opportunities
High level and low level technical implementation across SSE & SASE based solutions. (Zscaler, Cisco, Fortinet or other similar technology)
Responsible to develop close working relationships with customers working with Account team, Implementation, Customer Service and Network Operations staff
Providing technical advice & support for transactional in-life business requirements
Working closely with other cross functional teams to produce a comprehensive end to end solution proposal for customer requirements
Produce customer specific high & low level design documents covering end to end solution proposals
Requirements:
Ability to undertake detail solution design & implementation in two or more of the following areas: SDWAN and Wide Area Network WAN Services
Secure Service Edge
Secure Access Service Edge
Network security
Network Automation & Scripting
IT/Telecoms background and experience
Network Scripting and Automation background
Deep technical knowledge and hands on implementation of one or more of the following: SSE, SASE, Software Defined WAN, Network Automation
Can do attitude
Solid track record of complex solution positioning into the Enterprise sector
Self-Motivated and highly passionate Individual able to work independently
