Partners closely with sales, product, and customer stakeholders to architect scalable cloud-security solutions, differentiate against competitors, and guide customers from initial discovery through successful adoption. Known for translating highly technical security concepts into clear business value, influencing executive stakeholders, and enabling customers to modernize access and data protection while reducing risk and operational complexity. The Presales Solutions Architect (SA) serves as the technical lead in the sales process, owning solution design, technical validation, and security architecture alignment for enterprise and public-sector customers evaluating Secure Service Edge (SSE) platforms. This role bridges business objectives, security requirements, and platform capabilities to drive successful outcomes and long-term customer trust.

Requirements:
Act as the primary technical advisor for high value and high complexity prospects and customers across the sales lifecycle
Architect end-to-end SSE solutions, including: Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA / Private Access), Remote Browser Isolation (RBI), Advanced Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
Align solutions to customer security goals such as data protection, zero trust access, cloud migration, regulatory compliance, and threat reduction
Deliver executive-level and technical deep-dive presentations, whiteboarding sessions, and live product demonstrations
Design and lead POCs/POVs, defining success criteria, guiding implementation, and validating outcomes
Provide architectural guidance for complex environments involving: Hybrid and multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Identity providers (Okta, Entra ID, Ping), Endpoint platforms and security stacks
Position the SSE platform effectively against competitors (e.g., Microsoft, Zscaler, Netskope, Palo Alto)
Address objections related to performance, scale, compliance, and operational impact
Serve as the voice of the customer
