Solution Architect

• Bring ideas or business needs into business value through solutions
• understand the product leader’s application portfolio, business priorities, and success measures to design robust architecture and solutions
• proactively identify and advise on opportunities to deliver better business results
• secure, develop and review high-level designs to support business evolution
• provide guidance towards service improvements and transitions
• collaborate with Solution Architects and Enterprise Architects to align with Technology Architecture
• communicate solution architectures and transition roadmaps to stakeholders
• govern and seek understanding, agreement to ensure consistent solution implementations
• support projects, initiatives and secure IKEA’s architecture vision and goals
• create and shape business and IT-related ideas into current, future, and transition states

• Solid programming and development background and understanding of Software development processes and solution architecture concepts
• working experience on Web technology, Cloud platform and SaaS solutions
• practical experience working in Agile and DevOps
• good understanding about system integrations and data integration approaches like API, Kafta, MFT
• excellent analytical skills and ability to apply a systematic approach for end-to-end solution architecture
• strong stakeholders’ management skills
• experience from global implementation projects or larger solutions/platforms
• working experience on digital procurement products or software would be an advantage
