Solution Architect

• Own the end-to-end solution architecture across the entire product lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and ongoing maintenance
• Contribute to the definition of high-level solution designs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and overall technology strategy
• Design holistic solutions that span software systems, hardware components, cloud platforms, third-party integrations, and business processes
• Provide architectural guidance and perform analysis to ensure software architectures align with business goals and the overall solution design
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering to gather requirements and translate business needs into integrated solutions
• Lead the integration of multiple systems to ensure interoperability and cohesive end-to-end solutions
• Balance architectural decisions by considering security, scalability, and regulatory compliance across the full solution landscape
• Design and oversee data flows and integration points between systems to ensure secure and reliable information exchange
• Conduct architecture reviews, mentor team members, and support knowledge sharing across the organization

• BSc/MSc/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of progressive experience in solution architecture, development, and leadership roles
• 10+ years of experience in developing software in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture
• Experience in microservices architecture and reactive programming, with a strong focus on building scalable and resilient systems
• Proven experience in digital banking, private banking, or financial platform transformation projects
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), integration patterns, and modern architecture frameworks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
• Fluent in English, with strong presentation, communication and documentation skills

Experience with core banking modernization, open banking (API) architectures, or payment systems is highly desirable
