We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in architecture and design patterns, microservices, and web/service-based systems. The individual will work closely with local and group stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across cloud and distributed environments. This role suits candidates who enjoy translating business requirements into robust architectural designs while guiding teams towards effective, high‑quality implementation.
Job Responsibility:
Work independently with a high degree of ownership to produce solution designs of the highest standard
Collaborate with local market teams to review demand and develop tailored architectural solutions
Engage with group-level stakeholders and architecture communities to ensure consistency and compliance across designs
Review and contribute to Low Level Designs (LLDs) while partnering closely with the Lead Developer
Interpret commercial and functional requirements and convert them into scalable, solution‑oriented designs
Take accountability for releases, development timelines, reliability, and performance KPIs
Guide and support cross-functional agile teams to implement best‑practice solutions
Recommend current best practices and assess third‑party technologies for inclusion in solution designs
Requirements:
Possess over eight years of experience in architecture and design patterns
Experienced in web-based and service-based architectures including REST and SOAP
Skilled in AWS and cloud‑native technologies
Proficient in JavaScript, Node.js, and Spring Boot
Familiar with authentication and security standards such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, WebAuthn, and token management (advantageous)
Strong understanding of web and mobile architecture, microservices, and distributed systems
Experienced in building, testing, and deploying REST and SOAP APIs
Comfortable working within continuous integration and test-driven development environments
Knowledgeable in design patterns and microservices best practices
Capable of mentoring and collaborating with cross‑functional agile teams
Able to interpret commercial requirements and transform them into technical concepts
A graduate in Computer Science or Engineering
